BEI Refund & Cancellation Policy
The following refunds and/or cancellations are available for BEI events, products and/or services:
BEI Events & Programs (Live and Online)
Requests to cancel registration for live or online BEI events must be made by the individual event registrant via e-mail to email@example.com (link sends e-mail) . Cancelation requests received at least 30 days before the start of the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancelation requests received less than 30 days before the event will receive a refund of 50% of registration fees paid. Once a live or online event or program has begun, BEI is not able to provide a refund. Each registrant is responsible for his/her own transportation and accommodation reservations and cancelations, if applicable.
For standard BEI Products that do not include any custom options, the products may be returned to BEI (at the sender’s expense) within 90 days of the date the product(s) were shipped to the purchaser; if the products are in new condition and can be re-sold, the original purchaser will receive a full refund of the original price paid. If the products include any customization, no refunds are available after the customization proof has been approved by the purchaser. If standard (non-customized) products are returned in a condition that BEI determines is not “new” condition, a refund is not available.
