John H. Brown is the president of Business Enterprise Institute, Inc., the premier provider of information and education to advisors
of successful business owners. BEI teaches professionals in a variety of disciplines (accounting, law, business consulting, valuation, banking,
insurance and financial planning) how to craft successful Exit Plans for their clients and how to work as part of an owner's team of advisors.
Brown is founder of the Denver law firm of Minor & Brown, P.C. Brown began his practice as an estate planner, but over the last 30 years has

John has written two books on Exit Planning; his most recent titled, The Completely Revised How To Run Your Business So You Can Leave It
In Style. He also has written numerous articles for newspapers and various trade publications. He is planning to release a new Exit Planning
book in 2008, which focuses on preparing your business for a third-party sale.
